By accessing or using SeenIt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
SeenIt tracks when a client opens a shared proposal link. You provide a public URL and receive a tracking link in return. When that tracking link is opened, you receive an email notification. SeenIt does not store the content of your documents.
You may only use links you have the right to track. You are responsible for ensuring that the URLs you submit belong to content you are authorized to monitor. You must not use SeenIt to track links without consent from the link owner.
SeenIt is available as a $29 one-time purchase. All payments are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the Service has functioned as described. If you experience a technical issue preventing the Service from working as described, contact us before requesting a refund.
SeenIt is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific delivery timing, or complete accuracy of open notification data. In no event shall smalloffice.space be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved under U.S. law.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
