14-Day Refund Window

If SeenIt doesn't work as described and we can't resolve the issue, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, email us with your purchase confirmation from Stripe or Gumroad.

How to Request a Refund

Email smalloffice.space@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your purchase confirmation (receipt from Stripe or Gumroad). We respond to all requests within 2 business days.

What Qualifies for a Refund

You qualify for a refund if: the Service fails to deliver notification for a valid opened link, link creation fails persistently despite troubleshooting, or technical issues prevent you from accessing the Service. We ask that you contact us first so we have the opportunity to resolve the issue.

What Does Not Qualify

The following do not qualify for a refund: a change of mind after purchase, inability to access the Service due to your own misuse (e.g., trying to track non-public links), or failure to provide a valid purchase confirmation. Refund requests made after the 14-day window are not eligible.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
