We store: your email address, the links you create, and the tracking tokens we generate for each link. We do NOT store the content of your documents or any files you share.
We use your email to send you open notifications when your tracking links are accessed. Tracking tokens are used solely to associate open events with your account and generate your tracking links. We do not use your information for advertising or any purpose beyond operating the Service.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except to process payments via Stripe or Gumroad. Those processors handle payment data independently under their own privacy policies. We do not share your information with any other third parties.
We use minimal session cookies for authentication only — to keep you signed in during your visit. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for authentication.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days. Because SeenIt intentionally does not store document content, there is no document data to remove.
You have the right to request deletion of all your personal data at any time. To exercise this right, contact us at smalloffice.space@gmail.com with your account details. We will process your request within 30 days.
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Our Supabase infrastructure handles authentication and database operations with built-in security controls. While no internet-enabled service can guarantee 100% security, we follow established best practices to protect your data.
